Corre el año 1975 y varios miembros de ETA y del FRAP han sido condenados a muerte en el proceso de El Goloso. El Teatro Incontrolado de Zaragoza, un conjunto juvenil unidp por lazos de amistad y por la tenacidad de su director artístico, va a participar en el Certamen Nacional de Teatro Aficionado, que ese año se celebra en Guadalajara. Pero un suceso inesperado frustra este proyecto: ya en Guadalajara, Natalia y Jaime, miembros del grupo teatral aragonés, son secuestrados y encerrads en un zulo construido dentro del propio teatro. Y los secuestradores exigen un alto precio por la liberación de sus rehenes: que se conmute la pena de muerte a uno de los condenados en El Goloso...
