Este es un texto sagrado. Este libro contiene poemas de magia y ceremonias —conjuros y cantos—, y también otros que se sirven del símbolo y la intuición para ofrecer un relato distinto de lo que nos precedió. Aquella otra realidad que quizá se conozca pero aún no ha quedado por escrito, que se intuye existente pero todavía por crear. Poemas desde una tradición que nos habla sobre la posibilidad de la ternura y la vulnerabilidad, y que nos brinda un mensaje dicho tanto con las palabras como con el cuerpo. Un libro con el que afirmó el nacimiento de un mundo propio, desarrollado también en su obra narrativa: el de Sara Torres, cuyo lenguaje hipnótico y performativo se busca en su genealogía, alumbra —arte de magia— su propio canon.
