Batman’s arrival in New York City went even more smoothly than Jace could have hoped. The mayor and law enforcement are trying to cooperate with their new Dark Knight in ways Gotham never did, and his family has settled quickly into a happy routine, not to mention that the love of his life also happens to live in the city! But there’s a rotten core to the Big Apple, and a mysterious new serial killer is going to exploit it…

Catwoman, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn are tired of playing by other peoples' rules regardless of which side of the law they're on. The Dark Knight must journey deep into the bowels of Santa Prisca prison—the place that birthed his most lethal foe, Bane. In order to get there, the Bat must align himself with some of his most questionable allies and foes... including Catwoman.

Batman is ALL IN! Zdarsky and Jimenez kick off a new era of the Caped Crusader in the aftermath of Absolute Power. Bruce has hit the ground running with brand new initiatives for the public and has his dedicated himself to improving the city both behind the mask and without it, but his plans are complicated by a sudden, apparent change of heart by the Riddler who now claims to have gone legit. Is this actually a new leaf for one of Gotham’s most diabolical criminals? Or is there a bigger puzzle at play here – one that only Batman can possibly piece together before its too late?
