Es sabido que los números constituyen un plano de la realidad, una prefiguración de lo existente, un mundo constituido entre la ideación original y la realidad física. En el caso que nos ocupa al aura de significados englobados por el número tres (armonía, equilibrio), se une el matiz teológico añadido por el concepto Trinidad, un concepto eminentemente religioso que se encuentra, contrario a lo que podría pensarse, en otras religiones más allá del cristianismo de donde la tomó el fundador de la república.
