Brilla sobre mí un sol que invento, este verso de Nocturnidad del viento, detonó esta mirada central en la poesía de Mateo Morrison para mí, implicaba esta noción triple de cuerpo, naturaleza y sociedad, “brilla sobre mf expresaba la noción de cuerpo, de forma física, “un soP' indicaba la apertura de lo natural, el sol es un astro encendido del universo, pero este sol no es designado “el sol' sino “un sol”, es decir, de los soles posibles de aquel universo, sólo hablamos de uno, un sol, además, “que invento”, que estoy figurándome, estamos diciendo entonces que ese sol inventado pertenece al ámbito de la cultura, del conocimiento, del arte. Hay un vencimiento de la naturaleza por el arte. El sol cenital y radiante, abrillanta la carne de un cuerpo en su figura esplendente, todo esto pasa en la mente del poeta, todo lo dicho es una invención de la poesía, en el mismo sentido de poeisis que refería Platón, “poeisis: creación pura de la mente”.

De músico, poeta y loco, todos tenemos... ¡MUY POCO! Ser artista es un privilegio que las circunstancias de la vida nos proveen, por lo tanto, gozar de los atributos que se requieren para ser músico o para ser poeta no son nada habituales. Quienes gozan de esas cualidades son seres verdaderamente escasos. Para ser músico es imprescindible, o tener buen oído o por lo menos saber solfear, luego elegir el instrumento con el que expondrá sus virtudes... y sabido es que no todos gozan de esas aptitudes. Para ser poeta es vital la lectura y la constante escritura creativa, acciones no muy usuales en el diario acontecer... no es fácil serlo. Cuando se habla de locura, normalmente se hace referencia a personas anormales (sinónimo de raros, poco común)... Hablamos entonces de seres especiales. Es fácil colegir que son pocos los elegidos que llegan a ser músicos (mucho menos ser buenos); tampoco son frecuentes los poetas (mucho menos ser buenos) y si descubrimos a alguien que posea todas esas condiciones y encima sea médico (y de los buenos), estaremos frente a un espécimen poco común, un bendecido por los dioses... Ahí dejo como ejemplo perfecto al Dr. Jimmy Barranco Ventura (músico, poeta, poco común y galeno de primera).
